Late Appointment Arrival
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your appointment. After 15 minutes, we may need to treat it as a no-show so we don’t delay other clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.No-shows will be charged 100%, as per UK consumer contract guidelines.
Deposits
Non-refundable deposits may be required for services over £50 or longer than 1 hour.
If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit will be transferable.
Skin Testing
Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before any colour or chemical service. We follow COSHH and insurance guidelines to keep you safe..

Not at all. Many of our clients come in unsure — and that’s completely fine. We start every appointment with a consultation, where we talk through your hair goals, concerns, and what’s possible for your hair right now.
What’s the price for a full transformation?
It varies depending on your hair, the process required, and the result you're after. We’ll give you an honest estimate after consultation — no pressure, no surprises. You can also view our current price list when booking.
Do you offer silent appointments?
Yes — we get it. If you’d prefer a quieter experience, just let us know when booking. We’re here to meet you where you’re at.
