Late Appointment Arrival
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your appointment. After 15 minutes, we may need to treat it as a no-show so we don’t delay other clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.Less than 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.No-shows will be charged 100%, as per UK consumer contract guidelines.
Deposits
Non-refundable deposits may be required for services over £50 or longer than 1 hour.
If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit will be transferable.
Skin Testing

Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. Many of our clients come in unsure — and that’s completely fine. We start every appointment with a consultation, where we talk through your hair goals, concerns, and what’s possible for your hair right now.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be reserved through our online booking here. For major colour changes or transformations, we always recommend a consultation and a patch test is required before any new colour service.
What’s the price for a full transformation?
It varies depending on your hair, the process required, and the result you're after. We’ll give you an honest estimate after consultation — no pressure, no surprises. You can also view our current price list when booking.
I’ve had bad salon experiences before. How is Odd Apple different?
